Lack of Approval: The absence of any approved development plan for this project in MCGM records is a grave concern.

Potential for Revenue Loss: The construction of a project without the necessary approvals and permissions indicates a deliberate attempt to bypass regulations and potentially evade taxes and other levies, leading to significant revenue loss for the state.                                                   Illegal Activities: The initiation of construction without approval raises suspicion of illegal activities and could potentially involve other violations of building regulations and environmental norms.

Request:

Based on the evidence presented, we urge you to take immediate action:

Issue a Stop Work Order on the redevelopment project at CTS No. 3376, Ismail Kurte Road, 400003, pending completion of a thorough investigation.

Initiate a comprehensive inquiry into the entire matter to determine the extent of the scam, identify the responsible parties, and take appropriate legal action.
