  Pune Horror: 4-Year-Old Girl Raped, Crushed To Death, Body Buried In A Heap Of Cowdung  Pune: In a deeply disturbing incident that has shocked the entire state, a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped and brutally murdered in Nasrapur village of Bhor taluka in Pune. The accused, a 65-year-old man, resident of same village, has been taken into custody. According to police and local sources, the child had come to stay at her grandmother’s house for holidays. On the day of the incident, the accused allegedly lured the girl to a cattle shed ( gotha ) near the house. There, he is suspected to have sexually assaulted her and later killed her by crushing her with a stone in an attempt to conceal his identity.   Bargi Dam Boat Tragedy : Death Toll Rises To 9; Survivor Alleges Negligence, Last-Minute Panic Over Life Jackets At least Nine People have died after a cruise boat capsized in Madhya Pradesh ’s Bargi Dam in Jabalpur district during a sudden storm on Thursday evening. A total of 22 people have been rescued so far. Officials Said the boat, Carrying 29 passengers and two crew members, was caught in rough weather while returning after an evening outing on the reservoir. Strong winds led to water entering the vessel, which subsequently overturned. Rescue operations continued on Friday with teams from the Army, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) deployed at the site. In the next phase, RETMS , PMOPG , and the ‘Aaple Sarkar’ portal will also be integrated.   27 Years After Gangster Sadiq Kalia ’s Encounter By Daya Nayak , His Nephew Arrested For Alleged Revenge Killing In Mumbai Mumbai: In a dramatic twist, Nearly three decades after the encounter killing of Mumbai Gangster Sadiq Kalia, Mumbai police have arrested his nephew for allegedly plotting and executing a revenge murder. Kalia was Gunned down in a Police Encounter in Dadar in 1999 by a team led by noted encounter specialist Daya Nayak. At the time, his nephew Sadiq Javar was just two years old.  Now, Nearly 27 years later, Javar has been arrested for allegedly targeting the man he believed had tipped off police about Kalia’s whereabouts.
