  Mumbai: The Bombay High Court dismissed a petition challenging the exemption granted to turban-wearing Sikh men from wearing helmets while driving two-wheelers. The High Court said that this exemption was not given on the basis of religion, but on the basis of reasonable classification. Justice Urmila Joshi-Phalke and Justice Nivedita Mehta of the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court on Monday dismissed the petition filed by 23-year-old student Kirtesh Chaudhary.
