The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is conducting raids in several states in search of mastermind Bijendra Gupta in the Maharashtra TET paper leak case. The investigation has revealed deals worth crores and a large network.

Mumbai: The Maharashtra Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) is conducting raids in search of mastermind Bijendra Gupta in the Maharashtra TET paper leak case. Bijendra Gupta, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar, was not only involved in the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) paper leak. Police say that the three accused arrested so far in the Maharashtra TET paper leak were working at his behest. Bijendra Gupta has been running the paper leak racket for the past 25 years and has links to question paper leak incidents in several states.  The Maharashtra Police has expanded the investigation and is conducting investigations in Bihar, Haryana, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh. According to the Bhiwandi Police, the arrested accused named Bijendra Gupta during interrogation. They stated that Gupta had provided the question paper sets. The investigation also revealed that the papers were being sold in deals worth crores of rupees. Following this information, the government postponed the TET 2026 exam scheduled for June 28. Following the orders of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the SIT began the investigation. मुंबई : महाराष्ट्र पुलिस की एसआईटी महाराष्ट्र TET पेपर लीक केस में मास्टरमाइंड बिजेंद्र गुप्ता की तलाश में छापेमारी कर रही है। बिहार के समस्तीपुर का रहने वाला बिजेंद्र गुप्ता न सिर्फ महाराष्ट्र शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (TET) पेपर लीक में शामिल था। पुलिस का कहना है कि अब तक महाराष्ट्र TET पेपर लीक में पकड़े गए 3 आरोपी उसके इशारों पर काम कर रहे थे। बिजेंद्र गुप्ता पिछले 25 साल से पेपर लीक रैकेट चला रहा है। उसके तार कई राज्यों में प्रश्न पत्र लीक की घटनाओं से जुड़े हैं। महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने जांच का दायरा बढ़ाते हुए बिहार, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और यूपी में तफ्तीश कर रही है।आरोपियों ने पूछताछ में बिजेंद्र गुप्ता का नाम लिया

भिवंडी पुलिस के अनुसार, गिरफ्तार आरोपियों ने पूछताछ में बिजेंद्र गुप्ता का नाम लिया। उन्होंने बताया कि गुप्ता ने प्रश्न पत्र के सेट उपलब्ध कराए थे। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि पेपर करोड़ों रुपये के सौदों के ज़रिए बेचा जा रहा था। इस जानकारी के बाद सरकार ने 28 जून को होने वाली TET 2026 परीक्षा को स्थगित कर दी। सीएम देवेंद्र फडणवीस के आदेश के बाद एसआईटी ने जांच शुरू कर दी। जानकारी के अनुसार, आरोपियों से बरामद सवालों का मिलान असली प्रश्न पत्र सेट से किया जा रहा है।
