Subject: Complaint regarding unauthorized illegal construction at "277 Mumbai Darbar Hotel," located next to to Royal Cinema, Grant Road, M.S. Ali Road, Mumbai 400008.

Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the illegal construction at "277 Mumbai Darbar Hotel," located at Grant Road, M.S. Ali Road, where illegal construction is underway without valid BMC permission and Loss of Maharashtra Government Revenue.

Ground plus two (G+2) and mazanin floor construction is underway at the site, and structural work is being carried out using ladi-koba and iron channel. This work is being carried out without any approved plan and necessary permissions, which could pose a threat to the safety of nearby residents. D ward 

Several accidents have occurred in this area due to illegal construction in the past, so immediate action is necessary in this matter.

I therefore request you to:

Immediately inspect the site.

Illegal construction work should be stopped immediately.

Strict legal action should be taken against those responsible under the MMC Act.

If any unauthorized structures have been built, they should be removed immediately.

Please take this complaint seriously and take immediate action.
