Balaram street gul mansion grant road, Mumbai  illegal installation station of smart meters without notice under section 171 electricity act and without consent.

The ncoirect notice was fixed on the meterbox which is violation to section 171 Electricity Act as well as they did not provide certificate of Metrology dept

Hence offence of 166,167, trespassing 452, 405,499, 379 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC is disclosed 

Citizen told me they called MP, MLA, EX, COUNCILLOR no one came.

Unfortunate that our elected representatives do not help citizens 

In police station we asked the SHO to take possession of the smart meters and do panchanama the PSI refused to take the smart meters. As this is concrete evidence of motive and dishonest intentions.
