MHADA B2 Collapse: Contractors’ Association Demands FIR Against Responsible Executive

Mumbai, December 26:

Asif Mhada, Chairman of the Mumbai Contractors’ Association, has Raised Serious Xoncerns over the Continued Absence of Staff at MHADA’s B1 and B2 buildings, despite the Recent tragic Collapse of the B2 Structure.

According to Mhada, the B2 building Collapse had initially claimed one life and left two individuals injured. 

However, he confirmed that one of the injured victims has now succumbed to injuries, taking the death toll to two.

He Alleged that despite the severity of the incident and increasing public fear, senior MHADA authorities have shown no urgency or concern. 

Even after Such a Major tragedy, no staff has been Appointed at B1 and B2. It clearly Shows Negligence, Mhada Said.

The Contractors’ Association has appealed to the Senior Officer of Phydhonie Police Station to register an FIR Against the Executive responsible for the B2 building. 

Mhada stated that the collapse occurred due to the Executive’s negligence and warned that similar incidents could occur again if timely action is not taken.

He Urged the Police to intervene immediately, stressing that accountability is crucial to prevent further loss of life and ensure public safety.

मुंबई ठेकेदार संघ के अध्यक्ष आसिफ एमएडीए ने बी2 इमारत के हाल ही में हुए दुखद हादसे के बावजूद बी1 और बी2 भवनों में कर्मचारियों की निरंतर अनुपस्थिति पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है।

एमएडीए के अनुसार, बी2 भवन के ढहने से पहले एक व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो गई थी और दो लोग घायल हो गए थे।

हालांकि, उन्होंने पुष्टि की कि घायलों में से एक ने अब दम तोड़ दिया है, जिससे मृतकों की संख्या दो हो गई है।

उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि घटना की गंभीरता और जनता के बढ़ते भय के बावजूद, एमएचएडीए के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने कोई तत्परता या चिंता नहीं दिखाई है।

एमएडीए ने कहा, “इतनी बड़ी त्रासदी के बाद भी बी1 और बी2 में कोई कर्मचारी नियुक्त नहीं किया गया है। यह स्पष्ट रूप से लापरवाही दर्शाता है।”

ठेकेदार संघ ने फिधोनी पुलिस स्टेशन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी से बी2 भवन के निर्माण के लिए जिम्मेदार कार्यकारी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की अपील की है।

म्हाडा ने कहा कि यह हादसा कार्यकारी की लापरवाही के कारण हुआ और चेतावनी दी कि यदि समय पर कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो ऐसी घटनाएं दोबारा हो सकती हैं।

उन्होंने पुलिस से तत्काल हस्तक्षेप करने का आग्रह किया और जोर देकर कहा कि आगे और जानमाल के नुकसान को रोकने और जन सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जवाबदेही अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
