A Meeting of the Executive Committee Of The Haj Pilgrims Social Workers Group (HPSWG)* *Was Held On Sunday, 01 February 2026, In Mumbai To Review And Discuss Preparations For Haj 2026.

During the Meeting, the President of HPSWG, *Mr. Javed Mehboob Yermal,* Expressed his Gratitude and Appreciation to the *Chief Executive Officer of the Haj Committee of India* for implementing Several important Suggestions put forward by the Group for the benefit of Indian Haj Pilgrims.

Mr. Yermal highlighted that HPSWG had Consistently Recommended Measures aimed at improving Pilgrim Welfare, including the introduction of a *Stringent health Check-up System with a Clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)*, Providing *Self-booking Options for flights*, and offering an *option for short-duration Haj*.

He Noted with Satisfaction that these Suggestions have been Positively Considered for Haj 2026.

Speaking on the Occasion, the Secretary of HPSWG, *Mr. Qazi Mehtab Hussaini,* Acknowledged that Over the Past few years, the *Haj Committee of India* has taken *Several Progressive Steps,* which have resulted in significant improvements and have *Immensely benefited Indian Haj Pilgrims.*

The Meeting Concluded with Members Reaffirming their Commitment to Continue Working Closely with the Authorities to ensure a Smooth, Safe, and Pilgrim-friendly Haj Experience.

हज तीर्थयात्री सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता समूह (एचपीएसडब्ल्यूजी) की कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक रविवार, 1 फरवरी 2026 को मुंबई में हज 2026 की तैयारियों की समीक्षा और चर्चा के लिए आयोजित की गई।

बैठक के दौरान, एचपीएसडब्ल्यूजी के अध्यक्ष श्री जावेद महबूब येरमल ने भारतीय हज तीर्थयात्रियों के लाभ के लिए समूह द्वारा दिए गए कई महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों को लागू करने के लिए भारतीय हज समिति के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी के प्रति आभार और प्रशंसा व्यक्त की।

श्री येरमल ने बताया कि एचपीएसडब्ल्यूजी ने तीर्थयात्रियों के कल्याण में सुधार लाने के उद्देश्य से लगातार कई उपाय सुझाए हैं, जिनमें स्पष्ट मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) के साथ एक सख्त स्वास्थ्य जांच प्रणाली की शुरुआत, उड़ानों के लिए स्व-बुकिंग विकल्प उपलब्ध कराना और कम अवधि के हज का विकल्प प्रदान करना शामिल है।

 उन्होंने संतोष व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि हज 2026 के लिए इन सुझावों पर सकारात्मक रूप से विचार किया गया है।

इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए, एचपीएसडब्ल्यूजी के सचिव, श्री काज़ी मेहताब हुसैनी ने स्वीकार किया कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में, हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया ने कई प्रगतिशील कदम उठाए हैं, जिनके परिणामस्वरूप महत्वपूर्ण सुधार हुए हैं और भारतीय हज यात्रियों को अत्यधिक लाभ हुआ है।

बैठक का समापन सदस्यों द्वारा अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर सुचारू, सुरक्षित और तीर्थयात्री-अनुकूल हज अनुभव सुनिश्चित करने की प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि के साथ हुआ।
