Hearing today 9.3.26 at 3 pm at BMC HO on 5th floor DEVELOPMENT PLAN dept against deletion of reservation of existing essential services of electricity receiving station at Cumbala hill Mumbai to convert it into residence reservation to benifit one of the largest business house at the cost of causing wrongful loss to public and windfall wrongful gains to the business house.
The public land is sold leased for Rs. 263 crores for 30+30 years with potential value of thousands of crores.
The BEST electric division has stated in this video at the time of hearing that they have not filed an application for wants of funds nor they are aware why funds are required.
The revenue generation for July to sept for year 2025 is 2867 crores. The profit accumulated is around Rs. 4330 crores and revenue generation by sale and lease of prime property is for Rs. 263 crores when BMC has Rs. 81000 crores FD. which 36000 crores will now be thrown away under guise of development but not for
1. Free Education
2. Free Health and hospitals
5. Free sports facilities
6. Pollution free environment
8. Affordable fuel, cooking gas
Developement does not consider the upliftment of common man but are corridors for rich n powerful.
Once these FD are destroyed than sell of property and beg before all industrialist as they will rule and the elected representatives shall be puppet.
People convert to essential service and commercial but here we convert such prime location into residential reservation

आज 9 मार्च 2026 को दोपहर 3 बजे बीएमसी मुख्यालय की पांचवीं मंजिल पर स्थित विकास योजना विभाग में कुंबाला हिल, मुंबई में स्थित बिजली रिसेप्शन स्टेशन की आवश्यक सेवाओं के लिए आरक्षित क्षेत्र को आवासीय आरक्षित क्षेत्र में परिवर्तित करने के खिलाफ सुनवाई होगी। यह परिवर्तन एक बड़े व्यापारिक घराने को लाभ पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा है, जिससे जनता को अनुचित नुकसान और व्यापारिक घराने को अनुचित लाभ हो रहा है।
सार्वजनिक भूमि को 263 करोड़ रुपये में 30+30 वर्षों के लिए पट्टे पर बेचा गया है, जबकि इसकी संभावित कीमत हजारों करोड़ रुपये है।
बीईएसटी इलेक्ट्रिक डिवीजन ने सुनवाई के दौरान इस वीडियो में कहा कि उन्होंने न तो धन की कमी के लिए आवेदन किया है और न ही उन्हें पता है कि धन की आवश्यकता क्यों है।
वर्ष 2025 के लिए जुलाई से सितंबर तक का राजस्व 2867 करोड़ रुपये है। अर्जित लाभ लगभग 4330 करोड़ रुपये है और प्रमुख संपत्ति की बिक्री और पट्टे से राजस्व केवल 263 करोड़ रुपये है, जबकि बीएमसी के पास 81000 करोड़ रुपये की स्थायी जमा राशि है। विकास के नाम पर 36000 करोड़ रुपये बर्बाद किए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन इन चीज़ों के लिए नहीं:
1. मुफ्त शिक्षा
2. मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य और अस्पताल
3. सार्वजनिक परिवहन
4. किफायती आवास
5. मुफ्त खेल सुविधाएं
6. प्रदूषण मुक्त वातावरण
7. किफायती बिजली
8. किफायती ईंधन, खाना पकाने की गैस
विकास में आम आदमी के उत्थान का ध्यान नहीं रखा जाता, बल्कि ये अमीरों और ताकतवरों के लिए गलियारे हैं।
एक बार ये एफडी नष्ट हो गए, तो लोग अपनी संपत्ति बेचकर सभी उद्योगपतियों के सामने भीख मांगेंगे, क्योंकि वे राज करेंगे और चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि कठपुतली बन जाएंगे।
लोग आवश्यक सेवाओं और वाणिज्यिक क्षेत्रों की ओर रुख करते हैं, लेकिन हम यहां ऐसे प्रमुख स्थानों को आवासीय आरक्षण में बदल रहे हैं।
कोई भी सांसद, विधायक, पार्षद सुनवाई में उपस्थित नहीं हुआ।
श्री लोढ़ा ने केवल विषय की जानकारी के लिए पूछताछ की।
दो अन्य विधायकों ने संघ के नाम से आवेदन दाखिल किया, लेकिन उन्होंने आपत्ति पर हस्ताक्षर कर दिए।
जागो, वरना हमारे ही भ्रष्ट सांसद, विधायक, पार्षद, आईएएस, आईपीएस द्वारा बर्बाद हो जाओगे। सभी नहीं। ईमानदार भी हैं।
