Orchid City Center Mall of Mumbai Central was closed. Supreme Court order total sealed  Municipal Corporation BMC has locked it. Property tax worth crores is outstanding. db realty  nilkamal deolapar  Traders trapped by taking shops on rent. After the fire in the mall. It was rebuilt. Without BMC permission? Without Fire NOC? Why did the corrupt officials of Municipal Corporation D ward department remain silent? After all the Supreme Court put a stop to this big corruption.
